Main duties

• Handle routine office support duties such as scanning, copying, organizing paperwork, and entering data into internal systems.

• Receive guests and callers professionally, redirect inquiries as necessary, and manage general communication channels including email and phone.

• Create and edit a range of documentsincluding brochures, annoucements, promotional materials, spreadsheets, forms, and presentations using office software.

• Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings or appointments for management.

• Maintain well-organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure document storage.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, prepare outgoing mail.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff to provide information and resolve issues promptly.

• Assist with basic financial tasks such as logging expenses, tracking invoices, and preparing simple transaction records.

• Maintain office supplies inventory, handle restocking and arrange for servicing of equipment

• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings and records minutes.

• Assist in administrative tasks including budget submission, contracts admin and work schedule

• May perform other tasks as assigned

Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.

• Prior experience in similar role would be an asset.
